Booking Policies

Sessions and packages are prepaid and only secured upon payment. Clients are required to agree to our Terms and Conditions of Services (see below), including our Cancellation Policy and Release and Waiver and will be provided to you in the booking confirmation email or as a PDF upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Single Sessions

Single sessions may be cancelled for a full refund with 24 hours’ advanced notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (including no shows), are non-refundable.

Package Sessions

Sessions purchased as part of a discounted session package may be rescheduled or eligible for partial reimbursement subject to the following:

· Cancellations of sessions purchased as part of a discount session package made with less than 24 hours’ notice (including no shows), are non-refundable.

· For cancellations of sessions purchased as part of a package that are made at least 24 hours prior to a session, credit for such unused session may be applied to future sessions and/or may be transferred to someone else by providing the recipients full name, email, cell phone, their replied confirmation and acknowledgement and agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Services, including the Cancellation Policy and the Release and Waiver to Hugatreereiki@gmail.com.

· All sessions purchased as part of a discounted session package must be used (by you or any person to whom you wish to transfer the session to) within 12 months of the original purchase date and will automatically expire upon the 12-month anniversary of the purchase date of such package. Transferring a session to another person does not restart the 12-month period to use the sessions included in the package. Any reimbursement for unused sessions shall be subject to a $50 administrative fee and reimbursement pursuant to the schedule described in the Cancellation Policy (click below).

NEW clients | In-person Reiki only: a free 15 minute consultation at least 24 hours prior to booking your session is required.
